This era is era of smart devices, so everybody loves to have the true wireless earbuds. And among them Sony WF-1000XM3 are one of the best true wireless earbuds. These earbuds are the latest addition to company’s premium noise canceling wireless earbuds. Besides that it brings along some of the company’s tech from last year’s excellent over-ear headphones.
Its launching in August for $229.99, and address many problems which user finds in the wireless earbuds. They fit better, look nicer, exhibit very little signal loss, and have improved battery life.

While, talking about the design, the latest model features a peanut-shaped exterior but a bit less sleek. Company comes up with the black color to make them less noticeable on the street. Likewise, the flip-top charging case is a pretty convenient to carry along in a pocket. Besides that it comes with an attractive copper-colored top that makes it easy to set on flat surfaces.
On the other hand, the ultimate feature is the noise cancellation. Each earbud has a circular area for touch controls and user can adjust noise cancellation with the left earbud and audio playback with the right. For the control, tapping the left earbud toggles between noise cancellation and ambient sound mode, which pipes in outside audio.
Going into more details, on the right earbud, use will have a standard music controls. When user will tap once, it will pause / play, and on tapping twice, it will skip to the next song, and will go back by tapping three times.
Well, there are no volume controls on the earbuds, so you’ll need to do that via your device or with your voice assistant of choice. This feature can be achieved by tapping and holding the right earbuds touch-pad.
The battery life is rated at six hours on a charge with noise cancellation enabled. But, if the user turns it off, that extends to eight hours. The case holds enough extra juice to allow for a total of 24 hours of listening with the noise-canceling feature or 32 hours with it off. Besides that Sony says you can get 90 minutes of playback with a 10-minute charge over USB-C.
